General Meeting

                  
Last night, CAMTA member met for the last general meeting before our departure to Quito. Agenda items included what you should expect of your time in Quito, the trip down, where 

we stay and the general schedule in Quito. There was also information about the final day for packing hockey bags at the Warehouse and the chart-stuffing bee, both happening this Saturday. Airline tickets, ID tags, Canada pins to be given out to patients and personal water bottles were given out to the members. The bookkeepers and then the accountant have completed the Tax-receipts for this years donations and members were able to collect these to give to their respective donors. A CTV video photographer was present, filming the meeting. We look forward to seeing the news clip soon!
