CAMTA Mission 2012 bags and CAMTA Members

Around 20 CAMTA Members headed to the Warehouse on Saturday to finish packing the supplies for Mission 2012. Mr. Bill Wilkins of Smith and Nephew delivered the prostheses and the surgical instruments which are required for insertion of the hip implants into our patients. Meanwhile the operating room nurses, ward nurses and anesthesia team packed hockey bags and recorded inventory. At the end of the day there were a total of 37 hockey bags, 8 bins of prostheses and one giant goalie bag of physiotherapy equipment ready for transport with the week one team. There are another 17 bags for the week two team to bring down as top-up supplies. The Team was there for about 4 hours.

Elma and Victoria decorated all of
 the peds charts with stickers!!
While packing happened at the warehouse, a chart stuffing bee occurred at the Moreau residence. The charts are stuffed and the admin bags are for the most part packed!  Thanks to Gayle Hiebert, Judy Chaffee, Andy Escalona, Jonathon Leung, Victoria Micek, Elma Mehmedbegovic, Melisa Martin and Matthew Moreau for coming out to help with this.
