The biggest packing day is yet to come!

On Saturday January 26th, the warehouse in Edmonton will be a beehive. Each group will complete packing their bags. They will be weighed and the contents will be itemized and placed into our inventory spreadsheet.

Last year the major packing bee was only one week before the Week One Team departed and we are pleased that we have some extra cushion in case there are items missing.

There has been a last minute fund-raising push! We are short a little bit on the budget of about $235,000 due to the cost inflation we have seen so far. The appreciation of the Canadian dollar will defray some of these increases but we can't be sure by how much.
