I saw the TV clip...it was very well done! Here is some information about our fund-raiser:
On January 9, 2009 CAMTA members Rocio, Bohdan and Asha hosted a fundraiser at the Starlite room in downtown Edmonton, Alberta. DJ's Daphutur and guests performed for the 300 people (approximately) who attended the show - a pleasantly surprising number! Tickets (both pre-sold and at the door) brought in just over $1500 for CAMTA! The show itself alongside the posters and advertising in the weeks prior, helped promote CAMTA and its cause at the University of Alberta. All in all, it was a fun night and a great success!
