Strategic Planning Resources for CAMTA

Here is a list of links that apply to a wide range of topics. They aren't in any order but they do give information relevant to our work in Ecuador and relevant to the upcoming strategic planning exercise.
Over the next little while I'll endeavour to organize these a little better. For now I post them on the blog so that you can click on any of them -- try to click on one per night over the next little while!! --- and thus you can start to tune your mind to where CAMTA has been and start to think about where it ought to go.

I don't mean specifically where we have been in Ecuador at the Tierra Nueva but rather I mean where we have been from the general perspective you would get from 50,000 feet in the air. Perhaps this could be described as: "The delivery of orthopedic care to patients and the demonstration of our techniques of care to fellow care-givers in a developing world environment."

But where should CAMTA be in 5, 10 or 20 years? -- That is what every member of CAMTA should think about.

As a group of CAMTA members we will together discuss the future of our organization and then formulate some ideas about how to get there!!!!!

Over the next few months we can actively work together to plan this future! Stay tuned for more on this from Marc and the executive.
